Additionally, NorthTree Associates ships merchandise to Canada but not to other international locations. Goods purchased which have been ordered in error and are in original, unopened packaging and are in condition may be returned only upon NorthTree Associates prior approval. No refund of shipping charges incurred during purchase. Buyer must contact NorthTree Associates for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be shown on returned package. A handling/re-stocking fee will be incurred which will be 20% of the product(s) sale value, deducted from the original payment upon approved refund payment.
